What is the time accepted for refund?
The purchased product can be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery if the bottle has not been damaged and product not completely consumed. The return request should be submitted in written form with user and ID information stated on the invoice, along with the invoice itself.
Refund is completed via the same channel the initial payment is made. If the payment is received via money transfer/EFT, refund is transferred to the same bank account. If payment is received via credit card, refund is transferred to the specific credit card. Refund is completed within 7 working days after the approval of finance department. For the refund process, corporate customers are required to provide a return invoice, the process will not be completed unless the return invoice is provided. Customers who does not follow the terms of use will opt out of refund guarantee.
